<span style="font-weight: 400">James Monahan, EdD, is the Director of Graduate and International Admissions at </span><a href="https://www.siue.edu/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><span style="font-weight: 400">Southern Illinois University Edwardsville</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400"> (SIUE)</span><span style="font-weight: 400">. Dr. Monahan holds a BA from the University of Michigan, an MA in Urban Affairs from Saint Louis University, and an EdD in Education Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Missouri-Columbia.</span>
