Ludmila N. Praslova, PhD

Ludmila N. Praslova, PhD, SHRM-SCP, is a professor of psychology and the founding director of the Graduate Programs in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Vanguard University of Southern California. She is dedicated to helping organizations develop cultures where people from diverse backgrounds understand each other and thrive. Praslova uses her extensive experience in global, cultural, demographic, and ability diversity to foster inclusive and equitable workplaces. She has written for Fast Company, Harvard Business Review, Psychology Today, and the SHRM blog. Additionally, she serves as the editor of the upcoming book, *Evidence-Based Organizational Practices for Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging and Equity* (Cambridge Scholars).
