Ludmila N. Praslova, PhD, SHRM-SCP, is a professor of psychology and the founding director of the Graduate Programs in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Vanguard University of Southern California. She is dedicated to helping organizations develop cultures where people from diverse backgrounds understand each other and thrive. Praslova uses her extensive experience in global, cultural, demographic, and ability diversity to foster inclusive and equitable workplaces.
